Sessions & what to expect
What actually happens in a Souluna session?
Every session begins with where you are right now. Depending on what you need, we work with conversation and systemic coaching, with breath, with movement, or with sound - often in combination. Nothing is performed and nothing is forced; you are guided, and you stay in charge of how far you go.
What is Alchemy Sound Healing, and what does a session feel like?
You lie down, fully dressed and covered, while alchemy crystal singing bowls are played around you. The tones move through the body rather than only the ears, which lets the nervous system drop into a deeply restful state. Most people describe it as being somewhere between deep meditation and sleep, and many feel lighter and clearer for days afterwards.
What is breathwork, and is it the same as meditation?
Breathwork uses a conscious, connected breathing rhythm to shift your physiology and reach states that thinking alone cannot. It is more active than meditation - emotions, tingling, waves of heat or release are all common - and it is guided from start to finish, with sound supporting the journey.
What is transformative and systemic coaching?
It looks at you within your systems - family, relationships, work, culture - rather than treating a challenge as an isolated problem. We work with the patterns underneath the situation, so that change holds after the session instead of fading in a week.
How long is a session, and how many will I need?
Individual sessions run 60 to 75 minutes. Some people come once for a reset; most arrive at something meaningful across three to six sessions. We decide the rhythm together after the first session, never in advance and never with pressure.
Do you work online as well as in person?
Coaching and breathwork work well online. Sound healing is best experienced in person at Maison Riviera in Montreux, because the bowls are felt in the body as much as heard.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable, warm clothing you can move and lie down in - the body cools when it relaxes deeply. Blankets, bolsters, mats and water are all provided. Bring a notebook if you like to write afterwards.
Will I feel something afterwards?
Usually yes, though it varies: deep calm, clarity, tiredness, or an emotional after-echo over the following day or two. Leaving a little space after your session, rather than rushing into a meeting, makes a noticeable difference.
Booking, pricing & cancellation
How do I book?
Start with a discovery call - use the "Book a call" button anywhere on the site, or write to info@souluna.org. Once we have agreed on a time and format, you receive a written confirmation and your place is reserved.
What does a discovery call involve, and is it free?
It is a free, no-obligation conversation of around 20 to 30 minutes. You share what brought you here, I explain how I would work with it, and we both decide whether it is a good fit. No preparation is needed.
What do sessions cost?
Individual sessions start at CHF 120, Alchemy Sound Healing is CHF 188, breathwork sessions are CHF 165, and the monthly sound bath is CHF 50. Retreats and the signature Souluna journey are priced individually. All prices are in Swiss francs, and the price that applies is the one published at the time of your booking.
How do I pay?
Individual sessions are payable at or before the session; group events and sound baths are paid in advance to secure the place. Retreats require a deposit at booking, with the balance due before the start date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, so I ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance is free; cancellations or changes inside 48 hours are charged in full, and missed sessions are non-refundable. If something genuine happens - illness or an emergency - reach out and we will find a compassionate solution. The full wording lives on the Terms page.
Do you offer packages or gift vouchers?
Yes. Multi-session packages are paid in advance and remain valid for twelve months from purchase. Gift vouchers are available on request - just write to info@souluna.org.
Location & practicalities
Where do sessions take place?
At Maison Riviera in Montreux - a light-filled space in a former Belle Epoque hotel above Lake Geneva, with warm wood, plants and a view that does half the work before we begin. Sessions are by appointment.
How do I get there, and is there parking?
Maison Riviera sits in Territet, a few minutes from Montreux by train, bus or car, and is easy to reach from Lausanne, Geneva and the Valais. Street parking is available nearby; you receive the exact address and arrival details with your booking confirmation.
Do you travel to other locations?
Yes. Private yoga, sound baths and breathwork can be held at your own location, in a hotel, or at a company venue by arrangement, and retreats take place at partner spaces around the Riviera and beyond.
Can you hold private or group events?
Absolutely - intimate circles of friends, birthdays, team days and corporate wellbeing sessions are all possible. Tell me the group size, the mood you want, and the space you have in mind, and I will design it around that.
Suitability & safety
Is this for me if I have never done anything like this before?
Yes. Most people arrive as complete beginners. Everything is guided step by step, nothing is exposed in front of others, and you are always free to adjust or pause.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. Coaching, yoga, sound healing and breathwork are wellbeing and personal-development practices. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or therapy, and they never replace medication or treatment prescribed to you.
Are there reasons I should not do breathwork?
Please consult your doctor first, and tell me in advance, if any of the following applies: pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions or blood-pressure issues, a history of stroke, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma or retinal detachment, recent surgery or acute injury, severe asthma, or psychiatric conditions including psychosis or bipolar disorder. In many of these cases we simply choose a gentler practice instead - there is always another way in.
Can I take part while pregnant or with an injury?
Often yes, with adaptations, and with your doctor's agreement. Let me know beforehand so I can adjust the practice - during pregnancy we work with gentle movement, restorative sound and calm breathing rather than intense breathwork.
Is what I share confidential?
Completely. Everything shared in a one-to-one session stays strictly between us, and in group settings all participants are asked to treat what others share with the same discretion.
