Who is responsible
Souluna - Holistic Wellbeing
Sandra S. Hinz
Avenue de Collonge 39, 1820 Territet, Switzerland
info@souluna.org
Sandra S. Hinz is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. For any question about your data, write to the address above.
Enquiry and contact forms
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, the following data is collected and stored so that your request can be answered and, where relevant, a session or event can be arranged:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The service or experience you are interested in
- Your message and any details you choose to share
- How you heard about Souluna, if you provide it
The legal basis is the performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you.
Booking a discovery call
The discovery-call form collects the information above and then forwards you to our external scheduling provider (Fantastical) to choose a time. The details you enter there are processed by that provider on our behalf, under their own privacy terms.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used solely to send occasional updates about offerings, events and retreats. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@souluna.org. Your address is removed from the list when you unsubscribe.
Who your data is shared with
Personal data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with service providers who help operate this website and the practice, and only to the extent necessary:
- Website hosting and application platform
- Database and backend infrastructure, where enquiries are stored
- Scheduling provider for discovery calls and appointments
- Email provider used to correspond with you and to send the newsletter
- Payment providers, where you pay for a session, event or retreat
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA. In such cases transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Social media and embedded links
This website links to Souluna's Instagram and LinkedIn profiles and to third-party resources. Following such a link means the operator of that platform may collect data about you under its own privacy policy. Simply viewing this website does not transmit your data to those platforms.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only what is technically necessary for the site to function, plus a local storage entry that remembers your cookie choice so the notice is not shown again. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking are used. If analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where required.
Server log data
Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, for the purpose of security, stability and error diagnosis. This data is not merged with your enquiry data and is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
How long data is kept
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain our working relationship, and thereafter for as long as statutory retention duties require (for accounting records, generally ten years under Swiss law). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Anything no longer needed is deleted.
How your data is protected
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access controls at our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to Sandra S. Hinz and to processors acting on her instructions. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, but appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data held about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request deletion of your data, where no retention duty applies
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing
- Withdraw consent, for example to the newsletter, at any time
- Receive your data in a portable form, where applicable
To exercise any of these rights, email info@souluna.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local supervisory authority.
Children
This website and its services are directed at adults. Personal data of children is not knowingly collected.
